What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number (if given) and delivery address when you place an order.
- Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.
- Basic website usage information collected by Shopify, such as pages visited and device type, through cookies.
Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order.
- To reply to your messages.
- To send newsletter emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: Shopify (our store platform), payment providers, and Australia Post (to deliver your parcel). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing puggylabs@gmail.com. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days.
