Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website and buy from Puggylab (ABN 66 531 701 515), a business based in Melbourne, Victoria. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Products

Our stands are designed to hold Apple chargers. Chargers, cables and devices are not included unless a product listing clearly says otherwise.
Each stand is 3D printed to order in Bambu Lab PLA Matte filament. Small variations such as faint layer lines are a normal part of the process.
We try to show colours accurately, but screens vary, so the real colour may look slightly different.
PLA Matte starts to soften at around 58 °C. Keep stands out of hot cars, direct summer sun and away from heat sources.
Stands are desk accessories, not toys. Keep small items away from young children.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. The total price, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and offer you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Puggylab is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Bambu Lab. These names are used only to describe which devices our stands fit and which filament we print with.
