We ship from Melbourne to addresses within Australia using Australia Post. We do not currently ship overseas.
Shipping costs
- Standard: $5 flat rate Australia-wide
- Standard: free on orders of $50 or more
- Express: $15
Limited-time bundle deal
Until 30 November 2026 (11:59 pm Melbourne time), buy a MagSafe iPhone Stand and an Apple Watch Charging Stand together and Standard shipping is free. It applies automatically at checkout to orders of $48 or more, which is the price of one of each stand. It does not cover Express shipping.
All prices are in Australian dollars. The full shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Printing and dispatch
Every stand is printed to order in small batches. Orders are usually printed, checked and dispatched within 3–5 business days. If there is a delay, we will email you.
Delivery times
After dispatch, Australia Post delivery usually takes 2–6 business days for Standard and 1–3 business days for Express, depending on where you are. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email puggylabs@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo for damage). We will replace the item or refund you.
Address details
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will fix it if the order has not yet shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once the new postage is paid.
